The Hall-Effect pedal assembly is an automotive accelerator pedal assembly with dual
Hall-Effect sensors. When used with the -P option on the Hairball this can
replace the need for a 5K ohm potbox and its related mounting and connection
to the accelerator pedal. This unit includes dual return springs and has
convenient mounting points. It will require a custom bracket for mounting
and may not fit all cars.
This unit eliminates the annoying wear out of regular pot boxes. It is often
much easier to mount than a pot box adaptation to the original vehicle throttle
cable. This fits especially well in small cars such as Sparrows.
Price includes a 12' section of shielded cable. The cable comes with a custom connector installed on one end of the cable which attaches perfectly to the Hall-effect pedal assembly. This provides a factory installation appearance.
