PFC-40 Series
PFC-40
	The PFC-40 has the same case size as the PFC-30, and the same mounting footprint. It makes full power without any cutbacks, and is the best hot-weather PFC charger available. The buck option comes standard. The PFC-40 will produce 40 battery amps, and draw 40 amps from the line. The charger comes with an Anderson SB-50 connector on the output (DC) cable. A mating SB-50 can be purchased on the Anderson Connector page.

PFC-40M
	The PFC-40M has the same features as the PFC-40, with the addition of an onboard panel meter that displays the line amps. The charger comes with an Anderson SB-50 connector on the output (DC) cable. A mating SB-50 can be purchased on the Anderson Connector page.

PFC-40L
	The PFC-40L has the same case size as the PFC-30, and the same mounting footprint. It is water cooled, and therefore has no thermal cutbacks with 1 GPM of 110Deg F water flow. This enables the PFC-40L to be mounted in very tight locations which have no ventilation. The liquid cooling can be accomplished using our EV Source exclusive liquid cooling kit. A double radiator with 1/2" fittings and dual fans is recommend. The PFC-40L comes with the buck enhancement feature standard (just like the PFC30). It draws 40 line amps and makes 40 DC amps. The PFC-40L includes a 50 amp 14-50 cord for the feed line. The DC output cable is #8 gauge SO cord with an Anderson SB-50 connector. PFC-40LM

PFC-40HM
	The PFC40-HM is a hybrid metered unit. It has internal relays allowing for 3 voltage settings and 2 current settings. This unit is being used in the Plug-in Prius development. The 40HM are AC/DC capable and therfore make 40 amps with 240VDC input. Case dimensions are the same as the PFC-30 and other PFC-40 units. The charger comes with an Anderson SB-50 connector on the output (DC) cable. A mating SB-50 can be purchased on the Anderson Connector page.
