This mounting bracket was custom designed here at EV Source for the WarP 9, ImPulse 9, and WarP 11. It's design allows for extremely versitle mounting. The brackets could be used to couple dual motors inline with each other, as an end plate to support the motor in a typical installation, or in other applications such as a watercraft.

The brackets are made from 3/16" steel, and powder-coated in black. Holes are drilled to accommodate the motor in advanced CCWDE and CWDE, as well as neutral timing. The motor can also be arranged in multiple rotational positions to work with any custom situation. The feet can be mounted facing towards the motor or away from it (except when mating to a WarP 11, then the feet must point away from the motor).

As eluded to in the previous paragraph, the mounts have limited functionality with the WarP 11. The diameter of the WarP 11 will actually extend past the mounting feet by almost 1".

The only expendable items on a WarP motor are the brushes. The brushes can last up to 80K miles. When the time to replace finally rolls around, you can purchase a new set of beefy brushes here.

For as long as WarP motors have been around, there has been the problem of figuring out a way to mount the Zolox speed sensor. Traditionally, a mount of some sort had to be pieced together, often with the result of the speed sensor magnet rubbing on the inside of the speed sensor. Now there is a simple, cost-effective solution! We have developed an adapter that makes hooking a Zolox speed sensor to an ImPulse 9 or WarP 9 motor a snap. Just bolt the magnetic cylinder to the motor, slap the adapter on, and tighten the two screws, and you're set!

This VW adapter kit comes with everything you need to connect an ImPulse 8, ImPulse 9, or WarP 9 motor to a VW Bug transmission.With the existing ICE engine pulled and the flywheel removed, simply connect the adapter housing plate to the motor, attach the taper-lock assembly, bolt on the flywheel and clutch, slide the motor in place, and bolt the motor/adapter assembly onto the transmission and the installation is complete!

This air duct shroud can be used on NetGain 9" motors, including the WarP 9, ImPulse 9, and TransWarP 9 motors. It greatly simplifies the ducting of air from either a blower (such as the one we sell), or a ram-air device. The opening is 1 7/8".

This mockup of a WarP 9 motor is useful for planning your design without having to lug around the actual motor. The mockup weighs merely 10lbs, making it much easier to maneuver around when planning your system than an actual motor. It has an all aluminum shaft with keyways, and includes the cooling duct shroud listed above.  The mockup is even painted red and includes a serial number label. The purchase price, less $50, is refunded upon return of the mockup in good condition. The cooling shroud can be kept if desired for the actual motor, with the retail price deducted from the refund.

WarP and TransWarP motors run optimally with proper air ventilation. Ventilation prevent carbon dust buildup inside the motor which can lead to internal flashovers with motors operating at the higher voltages encountered in today's modern conversions. This complete kit includes everything necessary in one convenient package to cool a WarP 11 or TransWarP 11 motor.

This is not something you should ever need, but sometimes on the drag strip, things go wrong! Includes complete field winding set for a WarP 9 motor.
